If your 'perfect' prospect' is standing in front of you waiting to be helped you must be able to handle the situation well. Hemming and hawing about how long you've been in business. Blurting out useless features is DEAD.

People want to know you have their back, can help them out of their emotional 'quicksand' and get them feeling more powerful, sexy and attractive in record time.

"Nothing worse (in business) than looking at a prospect go cold and get that glazed look because you haven't taken the time to understand how you can help them"
